How to use
Suggested Usage of BRTC Smart Artist Auto Pat. Open the cap of the machine and put BB cream onto a puff. Apply BB cream to cheeks, forehead and chin in a stamping motion. Push the power button to operate the machine. Touch BB cream applied puff to face gently and apply it along the skin texture with delicate vibrations. Apply it meticulously to highly curvy surfaces like the end of a nose with angulated part of the puff. Conceal noticeable blemishes perfectly by patting it once again. After use, turn off the power and put the cap back on it.
- Replacement of a Puff: Open the cap and detach a puff by pulling forward. Fit a new puff into a hole of the machine body and level it off. Use it as usual and close the cap when not in use.
- Cleansing & Storing Puff: When cleansing a puff, detach the fixed cover completely from a puff. Cleanse it with water in which special or neutral detergent is dissolved by gently rubbing. Fully dry before use.

We will refund your money in the idential payment method you used originally to complete the purchase transaction. If you used a credit card, depending on your billing cycle, the refund may not show on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles/statements.
Due to Health Code Regulations, we can NOT accept returns on the following products: hair brushes, nail polish, make-up / cosmetics, hair extensions or hair pieces.
If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of toktokbox.com and will be disposed of.
